Resolved! WiFi devices stuck in disconnect/reconnect loop

Everything has worked fine for months, yesterday all devices connected to WiFi started disconnecting and reconnecting in an infinite loop. I've done a factory reset and restart, issue still persists. I have a Vodafone Power Station 2018 wifi router.
