Hi. I recently moved to Vodafone 910 broadband, the basic package. I was gifted the ultra hub and booster. These are all up and running with help from the Vodafone techs. Ok, because of my contract I can only access the basic app, meaning I can’t access the booster. Is there a way around this?

Were you gifted the ultra hub and booster by us? Or was this provided by a third party?
The booster is specifically designed for the pro broadband service, meaning it's only designed to function with that technology and not the basic.
