Hello,

Can you confirm that the current version of the Power Hub with the latest firmware allows you to split SSIDs i.e., have a different SSID name for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz?

Thanks.

As far as I'm aware, there is no way. It is extremely frustrating because I think it is why I've been unable to set up my Sonos wirelessly because my phone connects to 5ghz and can't see the devices on 2.4ghz, and I'm unable to update their network settings. To top it off, Vodafone don't let you put the hub in modem mode, so it is not even possible to use a second router to split them.

@Superjet2161 Can you turn off the 5GHz in the router?  Alternatively turn-off 5GHz in your phone? I am surprised that the phone will not connect to 2.4GHz. If you are on Android there's an App called WiFi-Analyzer (it has logo with a green background and a white signal strength icon) which may help. It could be possible that you have some devices that do not work with 2.4GHz channels 12 and 13.
