Praise for Andrew from Vodafone Directors Office following complaint

Just wanted to praise the Complaints process at Vodafone. I raised a complaint regarding requiring 30 days notice to cancel your plan even after the contract has ended, and this was picked up within 1-2 hours. I received a message saying that I would receive a call from Andrew from the Vodafone Directors Office regarding my complaint within a 2 hour time frame. He called me within that time frame, understood my frustration, and immediately resolved my issue with an immediate disconnection.

I believe praise should be offered as Vodafone has quickly acknowledged my complaint and resolved it promptly. Thank you to Andrew and the Complaints team for making me feel heard.
