Hi,
I have a Steam Deck 512GB OLED model and am having nightmares connecting to my internet. Every other device in my house connects fine but the Deck constantly struggles and often has a strong connection to the router but has the message 'Steam Deck can't connect to the internet'.
Has anyone else had this problem or any tips/advice would be great.
Thanks!

@Gaaangle Any error messages in the router logs? If the router has IPv6 enabled turn it off everywhere in the router as this can sometimes cause problems.

@Cynric there are error messages but I don't understand them. Is there anything specific I should look for?
I couldn't see any option to turn off IPv6, is there somewhere specific in the settings I should be looking?

@Gaaangle I can't be specific about the error messages as I don't have a Steam device like that. In the Steam documents does it advise about particular port numbers it needs or UPnP?
IPv6 should be under networking.

@Jayach - Thanks for that, I've disabled Ipv6 but doesn't seem to have done the trick unfortunately.
@Cynric - I can't find any specific information on ports or UPnP for Steam Deck. Also, here are some errors from the router event log that appeared as soon as I tried connecting with the Steam Deck again:

@Gaaangle Oooh the third one may be something. The IP 199.60.101.170 belongs to charlie.chi.g.warlancegameservers.com which is located in Vancouver, Washington State (the other side of the river from Portland, Oregon).
Do you know if that is related to the game you are playing? If if isn't then the log is showing your firewall doing it's job protecting you.

I've contacted Steam support and have also added in your comment around that IP and who it belong too.
I don't recognise warlance games so let's see if it means anything.
