Since yesterday i cannot access gumtree UK, possibly other sites

Since yesterday i cannot access gumtree on my laptop or phone when using wifi, i just get an access denied message or HTTP error 403 on the phone, i have cleared browser history and cache, if i restart the hub it works ok for a while and then comes back, if phone is on 4g it works fine, i can't find much information on how to solve it and i'm not that computer literate,

All blocked website settings etc are off,

Reboot your router so you get a new IP. Let us know how that goes.

So far so good on pc and phone, i turned off pc as well, hopefully that's sorted it this time,

@Barney179 - Does this work if you try through another internet browser? Which browser are you using?

Sadly it doesn't, i normally use chrome but tried bing and still doing the same, my phone is fine on mobile data.
