I need to split my broadband wi-fi into seperate SSIDs for 2.5GHz & 5GHz.
If I try to go to advanced settings on my router I am told that "Super wifi is running your wifi" and I have no options to change any wi-fi settings other than SSID, password & security protocol.

Well done for finding your own solution. It could of course just be a 2.4Ghz only access point.😁

My point is that it is pretty poor that Vodafone can not support this fairly normal use case. I am technical enough to have a spare access point and spare router kicking around. Most people will not.

Hi! I too have a wiser 3 and having similar issues. I was told by Vodafone if I got the ultra hub then I’d be able to select channels etc, but guess what it’s all greyed out. I can’t even split the 2.4-5/6 ghz! Feels like a step backwards albeit the internets faster. So my question is can you pls advise how you setup a wifi access point to make wiser work reliably

Who told you that?

I am shocked that they will lie to retain you. You could instantly complain and be compensated.

@samwardill11 Welcome to the economics of the lowest common denominator. Find the cheapest solution that works for the largest majority, accept the losses from the statistical outliers and write-off the losses against tax.

Little thing to try that has seemed to work with a couple of different heating controllers, but for the moment is purely anecdotal. If you have any older promiscuous Bluetooth speakers in the vicinity of the heating controllers, then try turning them off!
