Hello
I am trying to call Vodafone number provided on the website to let them know I move home.
So I call number ending 191 (not from Vodafone sim card) and I get to talk to robot.
So I choose my options, tell it that I want to move home.
It tells me to have my moving in/out date and the address.
It proceeds to ask my 4 pin digits. Once I type them in, it says "connecting", and call ends out of nowhere.
So how can I reach the Engineers to let them know that I move home?
Since I can't seem to reach them, I'm thinking if I do even need an Engineer.
I'm somewhat techy. And following Vodafone's instructions could probably setup the broadband and phone myself. Or does the Engineer do anything else that Vodafone would not write in Instruction on how to Set Up manually?

It's not obvious from your post if you have moved are are going to move (no past or future tense on the word move)
Either way an Openreach engineer will be needed to make the connections at the exchange/cabinet.
Yes you could probably do what is necessary to set it up at your new home.

Because some advisors are working from home, the calls can sometimes drop off the face of the planet or just simple down go through. just try again
