Having had enough of VF customer service, I have moved ISPs.

Today (8 days after switching) I received seven letters from Vodafone saying how sorry they are that I'm planning to leave (too late, already gone).

Seven letters, all exactly the same, each in a separate envelope. It sums up my whole VF experience from their useless router where 2.4ghz wifi is virtually useless, through to their appalling customer service. IMG_20230926_104916.jpg

Hmm, I didn't receive a single one!  Maybe they were glad to get shot of me!
