If you are saying the laptop is the only device you have/use, and it has an ethernet port, use that to connect to the router. (the ethernet port and the Wi-Fi will have different MAC addresses) Other than that, a factory reset by holding the reset button in, for at least 10 seconds ,is the only answer.
If you still have problems it's probably not because the device is blocked, so explain a bit more about the problem.
