We have just had Vodafone Pro Fibre 2 broadband installed in our new home.
All devices are running well (phones, tablets, desktop pc, printer, amazon fire sticks) except for our 11 year old HP laptop (Windows 10) which will not find the Router. It finds other WiFi connections which I assume belong to our neighbours but not ours.
It worked fine at our old address on both BT broadband and Virgin fibre optic. It also works when connected to the hub via ethernet cable
I have read some posts and have tried releasing and renewing IP address.
Any ideas?

I'm currently using an HP G6 laptop of the same vintage, remarkable they are still going well, isn't it.
As it is able to "see" other SSIDs I doubt the hardware is a problem, but the setup have not be for the UK.
Log in to the router and under Status & Support, scroll down and see what channel the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi is using.
If it is 12 or 13, you probably need to check the region settings in the laptop.
