Anyone with Vodafone for full fiber broadband? Is it as bad as i'm hearing?

Cancelled Virgin Media as its far too expensive, signed up with Vodafone 500mb full fiber for £30 a month. Googled for reviews and think i've ordered a bag of ##~##. Considering pulling the order and looking at others. Anyone got first hand experience of what it's like?
