Hi
I signed up to Vodafone for a cracking deal, Black Friday.
I got broadband and phone line.
that’s where the problems started. My delivery was delayed. No help from cs. Constantly on the phone for an update. Finally it arrived.
they activated my line. My Vodafone app worked. Even though I didn’t receive a box or anything.
The app would show all my details. No issues.
but when I received my box after a lot of back and forth. It stopped working.
I can log in but it would always say error in status. And nothing would work.
it’s been months now and it doesn’t work on my phone or on V website.
I have been wanted to go total Voda and get a mobile phone plan with them too but every time I try. It keeps saying error and kicks me out of the page. This is via the app and site.
I thought maybe this is just a temporary issue but it has been months.
and voda cs. Is shocking. Truly shocking. My biggest regret in joining is the cs.
tobi. Does not and never seems to help. Never no one around to speak/text to.
any help would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately we are just users like you so may not be able to offer much help.
So is it just the My Vodafone app that doesn't work? Do the Vodafone Broadband app (the one that connects to the router) work, and can you log in to your account on-line?
