If I sign a new contract now at £19 a month, I know they will increase it by about 9% at the end of March.
When is the cut-off to sign a new contract to avoid the April price hike, is it just 1st or 2nd of April?
And is Vodafone likely to increase the base rate for new customers in April?
E.g. now 19. Then goes up to e.g. 24 with the price hike in April
Will new customers in mid April pay 19 or 24 for the same service?

I don’t know the answer to when the 'cut off point' might be but a 9% increase on the new contract taken out now at £19 is going to take the price up by under two quid to £20.71. Is it really worth worrying about in these days of runaway inflation?
I’d take the £19 deal now - who knows what the new customer prices will look like in April?

When I joined in May 2020, Vodafone were the cheapest available at £22.95. New customers are now joining at £19.00, who's to say it won't keep going down?

Mine was £28/m for the first term, I got the the new customer price of £23/m for the second term and for the third term, the new customer price of £19/m.
Not sure I see the current new customer offers dropping any more unless some of the mainstream competition start a bit of a 'price war'. I don’t think I've paid less than £19 since the screechy modem dial up days but if Vodafone wants to offer me a new five year contract at fifteen quid a month… 😁
