Good morning @Kd123 🙂 It's great to hear you've take out a Home Broadband service with us or bread and butter 😂 

If you took out the promotional offer between 6 and 26 January 2023, you'll be eligible for the Amazon RING and you should have received an email / text within 14 days of placing the order to confirm this. 28 days after your 'Go Live' date, you'll get another email or text to let you know how to claim your Amazon RING device.

You'll need to claim this by 31 May 2023 at the latest - if you have any further questions, please just let me know.

Did you ever get an email about this? I have had my broadband installed for longer than 28 days and haven’t heard anything from  Vodafone

Hi, 

I have had the same issue. I took out the promotional offer in mid-January and did not get the follow up text message 28 days later.

I contacted Vodafone twice and both times they said an email will be sent out within 5 days but I still have not received anything. (Checked my spam as well.)

Please help!
