I can understand why you ask this question.
A certain ISP is right now advertising features on their network that are actually router features that have been available for many years. Just because a mainstream ISP doesn't advertise a feature doesn't mean it's not supported.
As far as I'm aware all the mainstream ISPs support wifi calling from any mobile network that also supports it.
