Will Cityfibre use the Openreach pole for installation?

I am about to order full fibre but need to know if the Cityfibre engineer will install from the same telephone pole that I’ve seen Openreach use (fttp) to nearby properties  (and where my current BT fttc service comes from).

You can get in touch with Openreach and CityFibre @joepineapples using their Contact Us web pages.

Yeah I've sent a message to CityFibre, waiting for them to get back to me.  It was just part of the sign up process which started alarm bells ringing, it saying something about possibly having to dig on the premises, then underneath that, a 'tick' to agree to their T&C.
