Ive cancelled direct debit. today received an email to pay final bill , saying click to pay . I clicked and there is no option to pay, just the sum I need to pay. How do I pay so I can leave this company once for all and forget about the horrible experience Ive had

How long have you left on your contract?
Cancelling a direct debit is the worst thing to do, you could end up with bailiffs and and your credit score affected.
If you have problems, and the standard support isn't working, raise a complaint.

If you've previously paid by direct debit, many bank accounts will enable you log in online and make a one-off payment to that previous payee either with the previous reference or with a unique reference if required.

If you're struggling to pay your bill online @Agusya, you can do this by calling 56677 free from any Vodafone number, or 0333 3040 191 from any UK landline. You can also check out other payment methods via our website, along with more information on your final bill.

Not quite sure what you expect from us. You should not have cancelled your direct debit until the contract was complete.
Now you are left with an outstanding bill, there really is no one to blame but yourself. (not trying to be accusative, but had you left the DD in place, there would have been no problem)

I've no idea just what has happened to make you feel that way, and I'm no fan of Vodafone, but as far as the contract side goes, I've found them O.K. (Support wise, it's a very different matter)
