hi , took out a broadband contract today docs emailed to me but cannot open as it asks for a pdf password... any ideas

Ideas regards how this is "so very Vodafone"?

All you can do is chase customer services, or whoever you purchased the plan from - I wouldn't hold my breath.

*I'd try using the passwords "Vodafone" or "vodafone", and also check for text messages just in case!
