Hello, @btman. I hope you're well. If you've requested the cancellation of your broadband, there is a 30 day notice period. However, you should've received an email letting you know the date when your service will be terminated. The exception to this would be if you've taken out broadband with a new provider and they're taking over the existing line, as we'd then receive a request from them to cease the line on a specific date.
