opening ports 5222 & 8765 - how??

I need to open ports 5222 & 8765 , have used ping.eu which confirms they are closed, have printed off the IPconfig data and reviewed web guide but stuck.

I assume i need to be in expert mode once signed into my standard Vodafone supplied router, have tried the various options but can't see anywhere where to input the details??

In Expert mode you want to go to Internet>IPv4 Port Mapping

thanks, in the absence of any support from Vodafone what do i enter into each section please 

ie the page thst asks for the ipv4 details which I have from the ipconfig command, but the protocol, do i leave as TCP/UDP as is displayed? Dynamic/Static port mapping? port type/port range? public or local port (I assume local?)
