vodafone broadband app not installing on iphone

I have an iphone 14 using ios 17.5.1

Everything was working fine with the app until a couple of weeks ago 

I deleted the app and reinstalled - but it keeps crashing after i enter my user name and password, or pin number 

Router, wi fi boosters and devices all working ok - but I just cant get the broadband app to load on any device in my home.
