Big Value Bundle get 10 £ from my visa and from my Credit

Hi, I had 10 £ in my Credit then I paid for Big Value Bundle with my visa (another 10 £) but it take the both (10 £ from my visa and 10 £ from my Credit)
What should I do?

You may find the funds have been gated off  your bank awaiting for Vodafone to collect.

If Vodafone don't collect then the funds will drop back into your available balance.

If you speak with your Banks customer services they'll confirm.

Vodafone customer service on 191 or Live Chat can access your account to check.

The first thing to do is to check your online account and my Vodafone application, both will give the required information on active bundles and credit.  You will probably find the existing credit has been used to purchase the Big Value and you also have  £10.00 additional credit, this can be used for any out of bundle charges or towards next months Big Value.
