Closed account still showing £8 balance

I left Vodafone a couple of years ago, however I have an ‘active’ account on my credit file with a balance of £8. It is not showing a default but is simply just there. Could someone contact me so I can get this account closed, not sure if I owe £8 or am owed £8.
