Big value bundle data bonus not applied

This is Cj, my number is (removed). I autorenewed my £15 Big Value bundle for the 2nd month and didn't get the bonus data promised. I called customer services and I was told that the offer is no longer on - however, it's still being advertised on various platforms. Can this be clarified please?

Hello Remi. I was made to understand that I'd have 3 months of 80GB bonus data on activation of my Big Value Bundle last month. I only got that data once and it was not credited when I autorenewed the plan this month.
