I would like to be re-issued with my old number, any suggestion? I did read that you could do this through the gold number scheme.

If it has been longer than 180 days since you last used the SIM @DerekRawlings it's unlikely you will be able to get the number back. Vodafone may be able to locate the number up to 90 days after disconnection.

I have read on the Forum that there is a way of buying a custom (or "Gold") Vodafone mobile number. Do you know how to do this. Thank you.
