Cancelling a Big Bundle from renewing

I'd like to stop the Big Bundle from renewing but when I dial 2345 there is no option to cancel the BB & as my 'phone is not a SMART 'phone I cannot download the Vodafone app. Please can someone tell me how I can cancel the BB?

If you don't have enough available credit on your account then it'll auto default to the basic payg tariff also.
