Bit ridiculous that you don't just have a delete account button. Can you please delete my account!

The first question to ask is the account you want to delete ? The post can then be moved to the correct board.

 

If this is your eForum account, you can delete your account by going into your profile settings and scrolling down to delete my account.

I'm moving away from Vodafone as someone is using my number to scam people. I want to delete my vodafone account as it has some of my card details on it and I'm afraid the scammer has access to them!

It's pay as you go. Will they be able to delete my account for me? I've already been to the store and onto about 5 people who've said they can't delete it.

Have you changed the user name and password for the account?  This would help.

 

If you don't use the account it will automatically delete after around 6 months, but in your case you need it removed now.

 

I would suggest Twitter, you should get a good response.  Just follow the link in my first reply.

Thanks for the info, I would like to report the issue but when I try to submit a report from that link it gives me the "Whoops, looks like something went wrong".

The link  does work. Clear your cookies close down the browser and try again. It should be OK.
