Did i just get scammed by voxi?

Hi, just changed network to voxi, whilst trying to set up i disabled content lock on voxis website, everytime i try to go on a website it directs me here. Any help guys?

Ive removed content lock on voxi, but everytime i try to access any website it says i need to disable vodafones content lock, to do that i need a vodafone phone number to log in, which i dont have since im with voxi
