Apologies if my question has been answered elsewhere, I've searched but can't find a similar problem on this forum.
When I buy a topup for my phone I get minutes, texts and data, where the text and data allowance expires after 30 days. Does the clock start ticking at 13:04 and stop at just before 13:04 on the 30th day later e.g. 30 X 24 hours or does it run midnight to midnight.
For example if I buy a £10 topup at 13:04 on 22nd February 2021 when do the data and text allowances stop?
By my reckoning it should be 30 x 24 hours later or just before, in which case they would expire at approximately 13:03 on 24th March 2021, keeping in mind that February 2021 was not a leap year so only had 28 days.
For another example If I bought a topup at 11:59 PM on the 1st of the month would the text and data allowances expire at just before 11:59 PM on the 30th or the 31st (or 1st of the next month if the previous only had 30 days.
If it is the 30th then I will have lost 24 hours use because of the time of day I bought the topup, which doesn't seem quite right.

Hey @duffsparky
See here: Big Value Terms and Conditions
As you can see it's midnight to midnight, the pack will start at midnight on the day of activation or on day 30 of an active pack and expire on day 30 at 11.59 pm.
