Got charged 3 times for £10 package, still no data.

I paid for my £10 package with my card but there was no confirmation that my package was activated and data wasn't working so I assumed that the payment failed.  I tried again and this time I got a confirmation that my package was activated. Waited 30 minutes and still no data so I tried a different card and got the same story there. Basically, I got charged £30 and my internet isn't even working. What is wrong with this shoddy billing system?

What we sometimes see is that if a payment glitches it's the bank or card company that put a hold on the amount awaiting for Vodafone to collect and if Vodafone dont.collevt then the funds are released by your card issuer @Maverick228 

Are you on a Big Value Bundle  ?

Sometimes the top up and ensuing allowances can take a short to update too.

In the interim it maybe beneficial to top up another way.

I don't believe it was a banking glitch as I paid 3 times with 2 different banks. Money was taken out each time but I still got no service. Also their livechat isn't loading.

That's a conundrum as Live Chat is loading for me using the link i gave.
