Porting from O2

Hi there

I bought a SIM only Vodafone package on Wednesday this week, registered and got a PAC code from O2 and the switch was supposed to occur on Thursday. I received an email thanking me for my order and another with my temporary account password. It’s now Saturday and my phone number is still not ported over, I’ve had no follow up emails and my account login via web or iOS app says I don’t have a account setup yet try again later. I’ve called support twice to be told to wait another 24 hours, visited the Vodafone store where they validated I had an account but could do nothing more. My son called my old number on FaceTime and was met by a complete stranger. 
I’m getting a bit desperate now. What can I do?!

Hey, I'm really sorry for the delay - my team would be perfect to get this looked into for you. It sounds like a delayed port. Calling FaceTime and someone else answering is strange but FaceTime doesn't go through our network, it's an apple service. Porting teams aren't available over the weekend but we could get a good idea of what's happened from the account and then raise it on Monday.
