Issue with PAC code from Vodaphone to Sups

Hello, I requested a new PAC Code from Vodaphone on the 3rd March as my contract ran out on the 15th of march. On the 15th I contacted my new provider (spusu) and gave them my PAC code. They quickly came back to say the PAC code was returning an error or looks like it's already been used. a porting error as they called it.

I contacted Vodaphone who confirmed no issues with the PAC code were found and they advised to contact spusu to try again. So I asked Spusu to try again, and again they were unsuccessful. Spusu advised I request a new PAC code from Vodaphone.

I contacted vodaphone and they generated a brand new PAC code. However the issue still remains, Spusu still receive a porting error. I asked Spusu if they have this issue with Vodaphone PAC codes? and they said no as they have had many Vodaphone customers join them. Spusu merge off the EE Network.

I contacted Vodaphone today who said there was nothing else they could do for me, and advised I find a different provider. I really don't want to lose my number and start again, is there any other way I can sort this out? thanks

Hello 👋 @NashNash92

First Is the number definitely still with Vodafone UK so it hasn't been lost.

Asking you to find an alternative Network really isn't helpful in my opinion.

We have no account assess here so perhaps have a word with the Vodafone Social Media Team via Facebook or X as they have access to accounts there to take a look.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎
