I can't turn my phone on but the blue battery is showing since yesterday

Hi,

I can't turn my phone on but the blue battery is showing as being charged when I plug it into the usb.  I've been pressing the power key but nothing comes up at all.  I've tried to ring the phone from another and it goes to answer machine.  Any advice, please?
