I need to cancel a recurring payment on my Pay As You Go Account

I need to cancel a recurring payment on my Pay As You Go Account. I have tried everything. The credit card from which this payment is taken is not shown on my Vodafone account, so I cannot cancel it from the Vodaphone app or website. I wish to cancel it from Vodafone.
