Hello, I am no longer able to top-up my account. I did so back in August and my current payment/top-up expires today. When I try to use my credit card (from abroad) to top-up using the app I get an error saying that the transaction failed. I have checked with my bank and there is no issue on my end.
How can I top-up my number?

Are you permanently resident in another country 🤔
It maybe that either Vodafone has acted as abroad usage is meant for short periods of time i.e a holiday ,or your bank is blocking the payment.
