HI Community, I have 2 payg sims in my children's phones and also home phone and broadband with two pay monthly sims. However, the payg sims are not connected to the home account. How can I manage them when the online website directs me to the mobile app but the app is tied to the home account?
Resorting to the comumity as the bot and Voda agents don't seem to understand my problem.

Hi @brucenewsom - if your Pay as you go numbers are on different accounts, then you could download the My Vodafone app from another device. You'd need to use a different email address, to create the account. If you'd like us to take a look at your account set up, then please message us on Social Media.
