Hello. I’ve recently acquired a contract (Unlimited Max plan). While I understand what a contract is, when I signed it I was told something else and now when I want to change it I’m unable to.
The agent told me I could change it to any plan I wanted “whenever” required (albeit a small fee or none at all). This person didn’t tell me that it was only going to be plans with higher prices and not lower ones. Despite me asking multiple times if the change possibilities included changing to lower plans. Now I’m stuck in a plan I don’t need for two years. And they’re asking me to pay the termination fee if I want to change the plan.
I wouldn’t have even taken a contract if I knew this.
Any suggestions or am I stuck in this now?

You'd almost certainly have to raise an official complaint related to mis-selling!
