I purchased the google pixel 9 pro xl via the voxi website on the 8th november. The was delivered and i had a change of heart so i returned the device unused and this was delivered to the Vodafone warehouse on the 12th December.
I have had no email confirmation regarding the refund of £859.60 from Voxi, so i have been speaking to them on chat for the past 2 weeks trying to get my refund and provide evidence i havent received it in my bank account. The amount of advisors that i spoke to that told me different things, the refund was processed on the 21st November and another said i had to call Vodafone to confirm my details so they can process the refund. I called Vodafone and there response was that is something we do not do. I then decided to make an official complaint to Vodafone and i had a call from my complaints handler, who said i need to see your bank statements to prove i havent got the refund, i sent these across and he tried to tell me i ha received the refund. We went back and forth and eventually he said i havent received the refund. He took my bank details and said the finance team will bacs you the refund of £859.60 in 10 working days time. I then explained why should i wait 10 working days to receive the refund, it has put e in financial difficulty and effected my mental health and to his response was 'i know how you feel'. I then said can you send me the Acquirer Reference Number so my bank can track that the refund has actually been processed and he said he couldnt send me it. I now feel like i am been scammed and wont receive this refund, when i have bills to pay just like everyone else. Can someone please help me get this refund.

Hey, I reached out to Vodafone via facebook and they wouldn't reopen the complaint case, but the complaint handler whp dealt with my case said if i want to reopen the case i have 45 days to do this.
Can you send me the Acquirer Reference Number so i can track the refund with my bank, so at least i can have so clarity i am actually going to get it.

Still waiting for my refund and been told to wait another 7 to 10 working days.. it's now 4 weeks and nothing!!
