Can't register for my Vodafone app

Hi.

I'm trying to register my number for the my Vodafone app, but it says we didn't recognise that number.

The number has been ported for 2 weeks now.

I have another Vodafone number on a different contract, different phone, and a different email address, and it managed to register my ported number ok.

Any ideas?
