im a little confused on this topic and hopefully someone can help.
- I had a device plan and airtime plan on a business account. The airtime plan was moved to a consumer account as I was incorrectly placed on a business account.
- I then had a device plan in one account and my airtime in another.
- This December, I paid off my device early (around 10 months). The device is now mine.
- around September, my airtime plan ended so I picked a new plan
Now to my question:
with no device plan, can I just have an airtime plan with no device attached? On the my Vodafone app, it’s says I can upgrade to sim-only in sep 2026. Theoretically, aren’t I already in a sim only plan if my device is paid off?
