Billing Issues and Overcharges on My Account

I need to tell you about the issues I've been having with Vodafone. After my contract end November 2024, my bill should have been £22.20 per month. But in December, they charged me for the iPad, and in January, they added those charges to my bill, making it £92.55.

I've tried to get this sorted, but they haven't been helpful. They offered me £150 compensation, but that doesn't cover the overcharges. They've been vague and inconsistent in their responses, and I feel like they're avoiding responsibility.

I'm really frustrated and considering taking legal action if this isn't resolved soon.

I have been following this from January 1st and still not sort it out. I have made complaint and send many emails not got any answers and my date is restricted now 

Hi @adarshrjohn3, I'm sorry to hear the issue has still not been resolved. Please get in touch with us over social media or if you have a complaint open with our customer relations team get in touch with them via the number they have provided so we can get this resolved as soon as possible.

I did it many times and they hiding and misleading things. I am fed up with it
