Newly received Pay As You Go contract-free SIM, able to top up, text, make calls and use data, however, is not recognised by other third parties contacts.

Hi @david-hong
This can sometimes happen with a new PAYG SIM and you should find the SIM fully active and all services working tomorrow morning.
