Hi,
We bought a new pay as you go SIM and bought the £10 bundle with it. However I am unable to use my SIM as my balance shows 0 credit. Is it possible that there is a problem within the system?

The problem you are going to have is when you have added a bundle, it will start at midnight of the day it has been added, that means if you added the Big Value today, you will be able to use the bundle tomorrow morning. The following link will help: Vodafone Support - big Value Bundles
I would recommend downloading the My Vodafone application, this will give all the information you need on active bundles and credit, there is also TOBi (Vodafone's virtual advisor) available to answer questions through the application. There is further information here: Getting Started with Vodafone

If you call Vodafone Customer services on 191 they'll get this sorted for you.
