Prepaid - redemption voucher code does not work.

There is this error message:

At a guess @rtrtrtrt you are trying to activate a top up voucher.

If you have followed the activation process by calling 2345 try calling *#1345* following by your the top up voucher number#.  For example*#1345*12345678#  If you have the Application installed, you can activate the voucher from there.

Still having problems - speak to live chat or call Vodafone tomorrow morning, they close at 8 pm and be prepared to wait in queue.
