 hello there!

i just want to clarify if there's no roaming data allownace in zone B included in that package? do i really have to buy extra for roaming? if yes, what data packages that includes big roaming data allowance. i'm a seaman and i travel most in belguim and netherlands. please help, thanks!

This link from the website will give the information you need, just enter the country.  For Europe you will need the Europe roaming extra packs.  Charge Checker Roaming 

As far as the roaming packs are concerned, these start on the day they are added, don't activate the packs until you are in the country.

The other alternative is a SIM only contract with Extra benefits  where you will have roaming included.  Take a look here: SIM only
