Hello, I bought a prepaid sim TWO days ago. My cousin (which registered it for me because she is the one living here and we thought that would be easier) called by videocall and they told her the registration wouldn’t take any longer than 24 hs. It’s been almost 48 hours and my SIM card is not yet activated, and I’m leaving my cousins house. PLEASE HELP! I NEED MY PHONE!

May I ask a few questions please....

 

Is this in connection to a Vodafone UK Payg sim card ? If so it should activate once its topped up with credit and you make a call.

Are you currently in the UK ? The Vodafone UK sim card needs to be in a phone while in the UK to activate.

 

Customer service on 191 or Live Chat can help you with account based enquiries.

 

The Vodafone Social Media Teams here cannot help via this forum. 

 

They can only help via Vodafone UK Facebook or Vodafone UK Twitter.

 

If this is in connection to another countries Vodafone Network and not the Vodafone Uk one then you'll need to contact their customer service Department.
