Have you lost your sim card or has it gone faulty @Frankbhoy ?
If lost then it maybe beneficial to also have Vodafone put a bar on the sim to stop unauthorised usage and your credit or allowances being used and if relevant bar the phones imei.
If your current sim card won't fit and it's not a multi sim card that has different sizes already cut into it i.e
Then Live Chat or 191 can post out a Blank Sim Card to your home and you can perform a sim swap which moves your number and tariff to the new blank sim card or wait until the Vodafone Highstreet Stores re open on or after the 15th of June and they'll do all this in the store.
You can't use a Vodafone Payg Sim card say from a supermarket etc as they already have a number assigned to it.
