My SIM card , pays, is not working, I am getting message “card registration failed “, so I can’t use my phone. I am overseas now. I had this no. for more then 10 years. I have contacted Vodafone on Twitter two days ago but still not received any help. Could you please help me to resolve the problem. It’s urgent as I need to make an urgent payment and can’t login to my bank account.
I’ve topped up my phone in November/December 2019 and used for receiving texts this year( last one was in the end of august 2020),last charged call was in December 2019. I have not received any notifications from Vodafone about sim disconnection.

There are going to be two problems here. A chargeable connection or top up has to be made within a 180 day period, also roaming is only intended for short periodic travel and not long term use.
As you have messaged through Social channels you should be in the queue for a reply.
