Sus looking Mms download from VODAFONE

Hi, I got a mms seemingly from Vodafone yesterday and it seems kinda... off...

It has attached a download file around 1kb and has no subject. It doesn't explain what this is or what it does.

I haven't touched it just incase its malware or something... 

Any idea what this is?
